Privacy

When you submit the project form, your name, email address, selected service, quantity, timing, and project details are sent to our server and delivered to the Cheherish Creations email inbox. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

Project submissions are not saved in a website database. Email copies remain in our inbox, and our email provider processes them to deliver your request. The server uses limited technical information, including your IP address, to prevent spam and excessive submissions.

Purchases through our Etsy shop are handled by Etsy. For questions about your information or to request removal of an inquiry, contact us at the address below.

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service when loading those fonts.

We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether our ads lead to project inquiries. The Google tag connects your browser to Google and may use cookies and advertising click identifiers to connect a website visit with an ad interaction. When our server accepts a project request, we send Google a conversion event with a randomly generated request identifier to avoid duplicate counts. Our website instructs the tag to deny user-provided data collection for advertising, including hashed contact details, and personalized advertising. Our inquiry event contains no name, email address, or project details.

We also use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed, engagement, clicks to our Etsy shop and email links, and successfully submitted project requests. Analytics may use cookies and technical information about your browser and device to measure visits and traffic sources. Our custom click events identify only an Etsy shop or listing click, or an email-link click; they do not include link addresses or text. Our inquiry and click events do not include your name, email address, or project details. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our Analytics configuration.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the measurement tag does not prevent you from sending a project request. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
